All of the courses in this certificate program may be applied toward the AS in Network Systems Technology at Florida SouthWestern State College. 

Earn Academic Credit for Industry Certification: Students who hold a valid industry certification earned within the last 3 years and have successfully completed at least 12 credit hours in the AS in Network Systems Technology program may receive free academic credits toward the degree.  

Program Information

Curriculum: The certificate includes courses in computer hardware, software, business applications, networking essentials, and systems analysis. Students also choose an elective to tailor their training to a specific IT interest. 

Duration: The Information Technology Support Specialist, CCC consists of 18 credit hours and can be completed in under one year with full-time enrollment. The program is designed for both full-time and part-time students. Courses are offered in online and traditional formats to accommodate students’ varying schedules and learning preferences.
